The Ontology Behind Every Decision
Text, PDFs, CRM records, and spreadsheets unified on one ontology that AI agents keep current, so every system and team works from the same facts.
The capability.
Most of what a company knows is scattered: text, PDFs, images, and video on one side, CRM records, SQL databases, and spreadsheets on the other. A knowledge graph brings both into one ontology: the entities, the relationships between them, and the constraints that give those relationships meaning.
Once that ontology exists, the graph can serve more than one role. It can be the context layer agents read, the decision layer choices are checked against, or the governance layer for who may do what.
Our approach.
We design the ontology from your domain, with your domain experts. They decide what counts as an entity, which relationships are allowed, and which combinations are contradictions.
Then the graph maintains itself. AI agents bring in new evidence, which strengthens or weakens what is already there. Entries that stop being corroborated decay, and the schema is versioned, so a change in the domain does not mean a rebuild.
That growth, maturation, and forgetting comes from our own research: neuromorphic text embeddings and a bio-inspired knowledge graph constructor. It includes a proposal to build such a graph at Wikipedia’s scale, and the work continues as our ongoing PhD research.
In practice.
Wherever agents need ground truth. In Medjourney, context, decision, and governance graphs keep every medical answer grounded. A reasoning engine checks its inferences against the graph, and a second brain resurfaces what it holds.
It is also the base of decision support. A population or market model needs a structured view of the entities it simulates before any optimization over them means anything.
We believe knowledge graphs will soon sit at the heart of enterprise intelligence. Models will keep changing, and the ontology a company builds of its own world is what stays.
