Terms of Use
These terms cover reading this website, and deliberately little else. An engagement is governed by a contract we sign with you.

About these terms
These terms apply to whitehand.ai. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it.
They govern the website and nothing more. If we work together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins. Nothing on this site (no page, no figure, no case study) creates an agreement or modifies one.
The site is informational
Everything here describes what we do and what we have done. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to take on any particular piece of work, and it is not professional advice to act on without speaking to us.
Case studies and figures describe work already delivered for specific clients under specific conditions. They are not a prediction of what a different engagement would achieve. Where a client is described by sector rather than named, it is because we do not hold written permission to name them, and we will not name a client without it.
The pricing section describes how an engagement is priced, not a rate card. A figure comes from a proposal, never from a page.
Intellectual property in the site
The text, layout, design, code, logo, and name of this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it. Do not republish it as your own, and do not use our name or logo to imply a relationship that does not exist.
This is worth separating from what happens in an engagement, because the site says a great deal about intellectual property transfer. Site content and engagement deliverables are not the same thing. Under our engagement agreements, the models, weights, code, and documentation we build for a client transfer to that client in full. This clause is about the marketing website; that commitment lives in the contract.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- attempt to reach any part of this site, or the systems behind it, that is not open to you;
- probe, scan, or test it for vulnerabilities other than to report in good faith what you find;
- scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else;
- send us automated or bulk messages, or messages in someone else’s name;
- use the site to send anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to send us.
Inquiries and bookings
Writing to us or booking a call starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, oblige us to take on your project, or bind either of us to anything.
We reply to every serious message within two business days. We mean it and we hold ourselves to it, but it is a standard we set for ourselves, not a service level you are buying.
Do not send confidential information in a first email. If your problem cannot be described without it, say so and we will put an NDA in place first.
Third-party links
This site links out: to our blog, to Calendly for bookings, and occasionally to published research or a client’s own site. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, under their terms and their privacy policy. We neither control those nor take responsibility for them.
Availability and no warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant that every figure on it is current. We correct what we find.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the applicable law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date under the title changes with them, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising out of them fall to the İstanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
